Clinical Practice Coordinator

Kasten Broomberg earned her bachelors of science in Exercise Physiology from Georgia State University in 2015 at the top of her graduating class. She was a member of her major’s club, M.U.S.C.L.E.S. , which promotes active and healthy lifestyles on and around campus . In early 2015, she was picked to assist with the Atlanta Beltline research project alongside two of her professors. Kasten did her internship at Myers Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center, where she met Doctor Garten in 2015. She plans to further her education by obtaining a masters degree in sports psychology, athletic training or sports management . Kasten was a member of Kappa Delta Gamma Mu sorority, where she was actively participated in community service projects and serving at the local children’s advocacy center. In her free time, Kasten enjoys attending sporting events with her fiancé Josh, loves spending time at the beach, hanging out with friends, and shopping. She was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia, where she attended Valdosta High School, the home of the Wildcats.
