We accept most commercial insurance plans for musculoskeletal injuries (please call to verify your coverage). Please note that performance consultations (including peptides, hormones, IV therapy, performance assessments, and related services) and regenerative procedures are not covered by commercial insurance. However, HSA and FSA funds can be used for these services. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or Kaiser.
