We accept most commercial insurance plans for musculoskeletal injuries (please call to verify your coverage). Please note that performance consultations (including peptides, hormones, IV therapy, performance assessments, and related services) and regenerative procedures are not covered by commercial insurance. Some of these services may be HSA or FSA eligible depending on your plan and whether the service is medically necessary. Check with your plan administrator. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or Kaiser.
