An Atlanta native, Jordan Carney, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in wellness, longevity, and integrative medicine. After earning her undergraduate degree in Geology from the University of Georgia, Jordan discovered her passion for patient care through volunteer work that inspired her to pursue nursing. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Jordan began her nursing career on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit and in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, where she developed a deep appreciation for holistic care and refined her clinical skills. After completing her Master of Nursing, she returned to Atlanta and joined a concierge medical practice, where she provided primary care with a focus on integrative wellness and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). She also developed expertise in aesthetic injectables, allowing her to blend medical science with artistry to help patients look and feel their best from the inside out.

At Paragon Sports Medicine, Jordan is passionate about empowering patients to optimize their hormones, health, and vitality through personalized, evidence-based care designed to enhance longevity and overall quality of life. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys hot yoga, live music, traveling, and cooking. She’s a proud UGA alum (Go Dawgs!) and a devoted dog mom to her Labradoodle, Griz.
